Hi folks;
I was browsing the web and ran across this site, and was very pleased to see the nice job being done. I was stationed at Malmstrom from 1963 to 1967 and became fairly active on 75 ssb locally on 3980 khz if memory serves me right. I was particularly interested but saddened to see some of the calls I worked on a regular basis: W7MM, W7RLL, W7WYG, W7KUH, W7BOZ, K7PKW, and others I don't remember anymore in the silent keys section.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Great Falls and seriously considered becoming a permanent resident after my discharge, but with the Anaconda plant shutdown etc, unemployment was pretty high and I decided to move back to Minnesota.
Keep up the good work!
