ARES Training for 17 Nov 2011

Training for this week will be a quick over view of the National Traffic System and the key impact NTS has for ARES Operations. I am also including the NTS extract from the ARRL Public Service Manual. In addition, I am also adding Attachment 9 on Tactical Nets for our members to review. Please remember that ARES has members at all levels of knowledge and experience. Starting with this foundation lesson, I will continue to include more specific NTS and Traffic Handling training throughout the coming year. Rod/AE7JJ
