I would like to thank every one who responded to the "Great Rocky Mountain Shake Out" exercise on 10-23-2013. It is a yearly exercise for Earth Quake Awareness. This Year the ARRL chose to use it as our SET Exercise. We had 17 check ins that day for the net. I thought that was real good for the time of day(with people working) and all.

The second event was our Goblin Patrol on Halloween! I again think that it was a real success. We had 15 Amateurs and some guest driving around the city watching to help ensure the safety of the kids of all ages. The parents who are with the little ones sure like too see us out there. We worked from 17:30-20:30. As always George and Evelyn were the GO TO Station to contact the Police if there were any problems. We had NO PROBLEMS ALL EVENING LONG.
I would like to thank everyone who responded helping with one or both events. ARES Needs Your Help to Survive! It is these types of events that help us as training for the BIG ONE.
THANKS EVERYONE
