We will attempt launch of our High Altitude Balloon from Cascade School Tuesday, May 20th, at 1000 hrs MDT. There will be two APRS trackers aboard K7GPS-11 and K7GPS-12. Ground support/chase will be K7GPS-9. We're predicting a flight to 93,000ft and only 3 miles horizontal drift to the ENE, and LZ a little further out 4 to 4.5 miles east of Cascade, off of Kastner Falls Rd. Look for us on APRS or http://aprs.fi/k7gps* or if you'd like to come out and play I can be reached on the 146.74 repeater or 406-460-5130 cell. Dave/K7GPS

We had a successfuly flight. Launched at 1030 a.m. Balloon rose straight up over Cascade to 25k feet before drifting east, then back west before popping at 84,000ft 6.7 miles NE of Cascade. Recovery took place at 1210 p.m. 9.7 miles NE of Cascade in a field 75 yards from the road. Flight package was 11 lbs and consisted of two flight computers, five cameras, two APRS trackers, and some miscellaneous experiments. Fun flight. We'll do another in the Fall. K7GPS
