Howdy gang,
On Tuesday June 24, 2014, i went to the Badger Pass Radio site west of Dillon, Mt. with Tom (WR7AGT), Mike (KB8ML), and Don (W7MRI) to do some work at the site. After we finished the work, Mike and I went to Larry's (N7YET) and installed the Radio/Computer and hooked the Badger Pass Repeater site to Echo Link.
You can check out all the sites at http://www.macpassradio.com/mprg/ which has information on all the sites. All are now linked from Lookout Pass, Missoula, Mac pass, Boulder, Toston, and Badger Pass. If you talk on one you are being heard on all the sites. It is also linked to Albuquerque, Nm on occasion. Lots of possibilities using Echo Link !!! Ye Ha !!
I have had the opportunity to put up all the VHF/UHF/APRS antennas and coax at all the sites. Tom, Mike, and I have spent a lot of time getting it all operational. The most important thing is we done it safely and had a lot of fun...
Cheers all and enjoy.
