WB4APR Bob Bruinga in Montana

Howdy everyone,
The author of APRS (Automatic Packet Reporting System) (WB4APR Bob Bruinga from the U.S. Naval Academy) beaconed his position as he travel through the Big Hole Battle Field and Salmon, Id. yesterday. Larry N7YET talked with Bob on the Badger Pass Repeater west of Dillon and Bob said he and his daughter were in the area visiting and were inroute to Yellowstone Park. That is so cool !!! I am sure N7YET made an excellent impression on Bob as he has been instrumental for the growing APRS in Montana.
