PSAT APRS and PSK31

Howdy gang, I have been digipeating APRS packets via PSAT for over two weeks and it is pretty neat to see all the activity on this little Cube Satellite. Along with PCSAT and the ISS my Alinco DR-135 has seen more activity than it ever did on local packet. It was a good decision to take it off packet and put it on satellite APRS with the UISS program for digipeating and Igating.
Today I noticed PSAT was beaconing PSK31 on so I setup 10 meters USB transmit and listened on 435 MHZ FM and sure enough my signal went up on 28 MHZ and I seen it on the down link 435 MHZ FM. I used WINPSK as it allows full duplex. I used my Signalink ICOM 706MKIIG for transmit on my A3S and received on my Alinco DR 635 with my satellite 70cm antenna with 20 db preamp. I am going to dig out my 70cm eggbeater with a ARR preamp and test it over the nest few days so I don't have to track the bird with my satellite antennas.
There were two other stations on at the same time and it was pretty cool to see several station working PSK31 through the satellite. Kinda of like listening or working PSK-31 on 14.070 except through a satellite with only 300mw down link. Here is the site with information if you have any inclination to work PSAT. Enjoy and have fun as it is meant to be !! GeeHaw !!!!!
