Update to ARES Standard Operating Procedures

Here are the Version 2.0 updates for the ARES SOP’s. Changes include:

1. All SOP’s have “___ ACTUAL ___ EXERCISE” block added to clue members to identify communications based on the situation.
2. Added “____ EC” block and combined ___EOC/Commo Van on all SOP’s in the Receive Notification and Report To block.
3. SOP 1 Added line to Item 4 for Termination.
4. SOP 5 Changed Line 4 SIMPLEX frequency to 146.540 to reflect guidance in Montana Mutual Aid Frequency Plan.
5. New Operating Aid: Added SKYWARN NWS Reporting Interest items.
