GFAARC 2013 Field Day T-Shirts!

We will once again be offering GFAARC Field Day T-Shirts just in time for Field Day weekend (22-23 June 2013).

We previously purchased our T-shirts from Outlaw Embroidery. Unfortunately, they are downsizing their product line. Jim (N7YO) was able to contact Jesse at Outlaw Embroidery and obtain the artwork for our previous Field Day T-shirts that we have purchased from him. Jim then went over to Identity Screen Printing & Embroidery (where we had the JOTA patches made).

Identity will tweak the design slightly: the "Great Falls Area Amateur Radio Club" will appear in the same orange color as the sunrise, but with a black outline border to make the letters stand out better. The T-shirts will be the same "glow in the dark" lime green color as before. As with last year the T-shirts will not have a year on them, so they can be worn for many years to come. Identity will not charge the usual set-up fee due to Jesse kindly providing the artwork.

Our sell price to club members will be:

Small $10.25
Medium $10.25
Large $10.25
XL $10.25

2XL $12.25
3XL $14.25
4XL $16.25

The minimum order required to obtain these prices is 24 T-shirts. Sizes "Small" through "XL" are all $10.25 each. Each size above "XL" will be an additional $2.00 per size.

We have a very short time for the T-shirt order to be submitted. In order to have the T-shirts in time for Field Day, the order must be submitted on Monday, 20 May 2013.

To meet this short dead-line, please place your order NOW! Our club treasurer, Parrish (AF7BA), has graciously agreed to be the Point of Contact for the T-shirt orders. Another important change this time is that we are not going to order a bunch of T-shirts and hope they sell. We are only taking order requests. So if you want a T-shirt, be sure to get on the list! We want the pre-order requests now, followed by payment at the 3 June 2013 club meeting. It is very important that everyone that orders a T-shirt follows up and pays for the T-shirts they ordered.

Payment can be by cash or check (payable to "GFAARC"), at the June club meeting at the DES building conference room. If you cannot make the meeting, please pay by check and mail it to the GFAARC Post Office box before 3 June 2013. Our mailing address is:
