CNSP-21, an APRS-equipped high-altitude balloon with callsign K6RPT-12, passed by Japan late yesterday (US time) on its way across the Pacific. The expected trajectory puts it near Seattle or Vancouver late Friday afternoon.

This balloon was launched from San Jose on January 25. It is solar-powered only, so it transmits only during daylight hours.

If it continues to follow its expected track, it'll be over the Great Lakes and southern New England on Saturday.
