Contract for McMurdo Station Antarctica

Howdy gang,

Just a short note to let you know I have received, agreed, signed, and returned my contract for the Oct 2009 - Feb 2010 season at McMurdo Station Antarctica.

I will be active on Sundays 0001 GMT on 14.243 SSB and PSK31 on 14.070. I might even try some RTTY as I have the Rig Blaster ready for the Kenwood TS-480. Hope to hear all the Montana folks again this next season in Antarctica. I was sure nice to hear some familiar voices on the airways. N7CMJ and I might even do a phone patch or two !!!!

That's great news Bill. It is still several months away but as fast a time seems to be passing these days it will be here before we know it. Maybe we can stay in touch via the forum and hopefully the bands will cooperate.
